ARCTIC Freezer 36 Multi Compatible Tower CPU Cooler
The ARCTIC Freezer 36 Multi Compatible Tower CPU Cooler is a high-performance air-cooling solution designed for compatible Intel and AMD desktop processors. Featuring four copper heat pipes, a large aluminium fin stack and two P12 PWM PST fans in a push-pull configuration, it is engineered to provide efficient heat dissipation for demanding PC builds.
Dual-Fan Push-Pull Cooling Design
The Freezer 36 comes with two P12 PWM PST fans arranged in a push-pull configuration. One fan pushes cool air through the heatsink while the second fan helps move warm air away, supporting effective airflow through the fin stack.
Four Direct Copper Heat Pipes
The cooler features four 6mm copper heat pipes that transfer heat from the CPU contact area to the aluminium heatsink. The heatsink includes 59 aluminium fins, each 0.4mm thick, helping distribute and dissipate heat efficiently.
PWM-Controlled P12 Fans
Both 120mm P12 PWM PST fans operate at 200–1800 RPM. PWM control adjusts fan speed according to cooling demand, while the PST (PWM Sharing Technology) connection allows compatible fans to share a PWM control signal. The fans also support 0 RPM operation below 5% PWM.
Pre-Applied MX-6 Thermal Paste
ARCTIC includes MX-6 thermal paste (0.8g) to support effective thermal contact between the processor and cooler. This makes installation more convenient and helps reduce the need for separately purchased thermal compound.
Intel and AMD Multi-Socket Compatibility
The ARCTIC Freezer 36 supports Intel LGA1851 and LGA1700, along with AMD AM5 and AM4 processor sockets. Its mounting system is designed for these compatible desktop platforms.
